Blog rules for participants:

• The Blog of Mircea and Partners intends to be an Agora for debating pending legal and business issues, of a general interest, and also a birthplace of ideas which might solve dilemmas and problems met in the application of the law. The conclusions of such debates shall not be construed as legal advice to specific cases.
• The participation to this blog is reserved to persons who are invited or expressly accepted by the moderator. Each contributor shall receive an user name and a password and is fully responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of the password, so that there will be no not-authorized postings. The persons who wish to participate at the debates of this blog are kindly asked to send a request to the e-mail moderator@blog.mircea-asociatii.ro, indicating the contact information, the organization to which it belongs and the position held within the organization. The blog is opened to legal professionals, to the economists and to any the persons having any other qualification and who are interested by the topics debated in the framework of the blog.
• The blog shall take into consideration only legal and business issues, in its wider sense; the political, religious and any other issues are excluded from the scope of this blog except where such aspects are mentioned as historical arguments in clarifying legal aspects.
• The participants to the blog shall use only professional arguments and a moderate tone; any offences, personal attacks or any form of trivial expressions shall not be allowed. The moderator shall have the right to delete the contributions which include such expressions and it shall also issue a warning to their author.
• The topics for discussion may be proposed by the moderator or by any of the accepted participants.
• Each contributor shall bear the exclusive responsibility for the opinions inserted in the blog. Mircea and Partners is only the moderator of this blog and cannot be held responsible in any way for the accuracy or the reality (including the accuracy of any translations) of the contributions to this blog, notwithstanding the person who made the contribution. The contributors to this blog are equally fully responsible for observing the copyright (where the case may be) and the correctness of the internet links indicated in the content of their contributions.
• The content of the blog is free for anyone who has access to it. The copyright for the contributions belongs to the every of the respective authors. When ideas are first expressed in public within this blog, the authors engage themselves to indicate this fact in successive re-statements of such ideas, either published on paper or in electronic format. The same obligation belongs to any other person who gets in touch with these ideas within this blog and includes them in any other materials. Any other aspects regarding the copyright shall be settled directly between the author of a certain material and the person who intends to use them.
• The contributions can be made either in Romanian or in English, notwithstanding the language in which the topics are expressed.
